What Vertex Shield does
Vertex Shield helps employers run a fair, organised and auditable workplace disciplinary process. Authorised staff at a company can use it to:
- Lodge and track disciplinary matters raised against employees, including the nature of the incident and supporting details.
- Record incident information such as date, time, location and a description of what occurred.
- Schedule, reschedule and track disciplinary hearings, including assigning a chairperson, date, time and venue.
- Manage hearing outcomes, sanctions and related case documents (such as notices to attend and hearing notes).
- Give branch managers a view limited to the branches they are responsible for, and give chairpersons a view of the hearings assigned to them.
- Give company administrators an overview of matters, hearings and users across the organisation.
Why we ask for your data
Vertex Shield only requests the information it needs to run the disciplinary process you or your employer initiate. Here is what we collect and why:
